Trong quá trình hội nhập, muốn doanh nghiệp đứng vững và phát triển thì cần có vốn đầu tư. Tuy nhiên công tác huy động và sử dụng vốn đầu tư phát triển của công ty TNHH Cách Nhiệt Sao Việt Hà Nội còn gặp nhiều khó khăn và chưa thực sự hiểu quả. Mục tiêu của Khóa luận là phân tích thực trạng hoạt động huy động và sử dụng vốn đầu tư phát triển tại công ty TNHH Cách Nhiệt Sao Việt Hà Nội, chỉ ra những hạn chế còn tồn tại, từ đó đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm hoàn thiện hoạt động huy động và sử dụng vốn đầu tư phát triển tại công ty. Còn đối tượng nghiên cứu hoạt động huy động và sử dụng vốn đầu tư phát triển của công ty. Phương pháp nghiên cứu đợc sử dụng gồm: Phương pháp phân tích và tổng hợp; Phương pháp thống kê, so sánh ; Phương pháp thu thập dữ liệu. Tử đó ta hệ thống hóa được cơ sở lý luận về huy động và sử dụng vốn đầu tư phát triển tại doanh nghiêp, thứ 2 là đánh giá được thực trạng huy động và sử dụng vốn đầu tư phát triển tại công ty TNHH Cách Nhiệt Sao Việt Hà Nội , từ đó chỉ ra những ưu nhược điểm và những nguyên nhân của hoạt động đó. Thứ 3 đề xuất cái nhằm hoàn thiện hoạt động huy động và sử dụng vốn đầu tư phát triển tại công ty.

Abstract:

Today, in the process of integration, in order for businesses to stand firm and develop, investment capital is required. However, the mobilization and use of development investment capital of Sao Viet Hanoi Insulation Co., Ltd still face many difficulties and are not really effective. The objective of the thesis is to analyze the actual situation of mobilizing and using development investment capital at Sao Viet Hanoi Insulation Co., Ltd., pointing out the remaining limitations, thereby proposing solutions to perfecting activities of mobilizing and using development investment capital at the company. The object of research is the mobilization and use of capital for development investment of the company. Research methods used include Analytical and synthesis methods; Statistical and comparative methods; Data collection methods. From that, we can systematize the theoretical basis for mobilizing and using development investment capital at the enterprise, the second is to evaluate the situation of mobilizing and using development investment capital at Insulation Co., Ltd. Sao Viet Hanoi, from which point out the advantages and disadvantages and the causes of that activity.
