Mục tiêu của Khóa luận là hệ thống hóa cơ sở lý luận về phát triển hoạt động đầu tư kinh doanh bất động sản tại doanh nghiệp để tìm hiểu phân tích và đánh giá phát triển hoạt động đầu tư kinh doanh bất động sản, đánh giá những kết quả, những tồn tại và nguyên nhân của những tồn tại của công ty từ đó đưa ra giải pháp. Đối tượng nghiên cứu là phát triển hoạt động đầu tư kinh doanh bất động sản tại Công ty Cổ phần dịch vụ thương mại xuất nhập khẩu Nam Á. Khóa luận sử dụng phương pháp thu thập dữ liệu thứ cấp, thống kê, phân tích và so sánh, dự báo. Sau khi nghiên cứu đề xuất được những giải pháp nhằm phát triển hoạt động đầu tư kinh doanh bất động sản tại công ty trong thời gian tới.-
