Đề tài được trình bày trong 3 chương, gồm: Chương 1: Nghiên cứu thị trường và lựa chọn chủng loại sản phẩm sáng tác; Chương 2: Xây dựng bộ tài liệu kỹ thuật; Chương 3: Chuẩn bị kỹ thuật và triển khai sản xuất. Đề tài “Lập dự án kinh doanh và triển khai sản xuất đơn hàng áo nhồi bông nữ trong sản xuất may công nghiệp” tập trung vào khái quát được toàn bộ quy trình triển khai mã hàng áo nhồi bông nữ trong sản xuất may công nghiệp từ nghiên cứu thị trường, xây dựng bộ tài liệu kĩ thuật đến chuẩn bị kĩ thuật. Từ đó đưa ra định hướng cho dự án kinh doanh và sản xuất sau này. Trên cơ sở của các nghiên cứu liên quan, đề tài đã nghiên cứu tổng quan thị trường may mặc trong và ngoài nước, phân đoạn thị trường, lựa chọn được khách hàng mục tiêu và bộ mẫu sáng tác để kinh doanh; Xây dựng bộ tài liệu kĩ thuật cho đơn hàng áo nhồi bông nữ trong sản xuất may công nghiệp và phương pháp thực hiện từng công việc cụ thể; Xây dựng được phương án giá và hướng sản xuất kinh doanh cho đơn hàng.
