Cuốn sách này nói về sự vai trò của kế toán quản trị trong thực tiễn kinh doanh và nghiên cứu học thuật. Abstract:

This book is about the role of management accounting in business practice and academic research. The goal of this empirical study is to gain a deeper understanding of the business orientation and expanding mandate of management accounting. Based on data collected from 1,500 leading companies in Germany, the results show that subjective norms have a particularly strong impact on business-oriented performance management accounting practices. The analysis also shows a positive association between management accountant involvement in incentive compensation, the effort impact of incentive programs, and firm performance.
