Đồ án tốt nghiệp Thiết kế đồ gá gia công lỗ phi 36 của gối đỡ chân vịt và lập quy trình công nghệ gia công một số chi tiết của đồ gá gồm các nội dung cơ bản như tổng quan về đồ gá khoan, nghiên cứu về gối đỡ chân vịt từ cấu tạo, nguyên lý làm việc đến quy trình công nghệ chế tạo. Một nhiệm vụ khác là thiết kế đồ gá khoan lỗ có đường kính 36 trên gối đỡ chân vịt, sau đó lập quy trình công nghệ gia công một số chi tiết của đồ gá vửa thiết kế.

Abstract:

This Mechanical Engineering graduation project covers the fundamental aspects of drilling fixture design and a comprehensive study of the propeller support, including its structure, operating principles, and manufacturing processes. A key objective of the project is the design of a specialized drilling fixture for the 36 diameter hole of the propeller support. Furthermore, the project develops the machining process planning for several specific components of the newly designed fixture.
