Đề tài đã nghiên cứu thị trường, xu hướng thời trang, lựa chọn phương án sản xuất và kinh doanh phù hợp. Từ đó để tài đã phát triển mẫu và lập kế hoạch sản xuất cho mã hàng bộ thể thao nam, từ 25-35 tuổi, phân khúc thị trường. Nhân viên văn phòng có thu nhập khá, tập trung tại Hà Nội và các tỉnh miền Bắc. Lựa chọn phương án sản xuất và kinh doanh phù hợp, hình thức kinh doanh ODM. Sản phẩm gồm gấu quần và áo dáng xuông có rút dây, áo kéo khoá lên hết đầu lá cổ, có túi cơi chìm, tay áo có phối đường chéo và có bo, quần có phối dọc. Thiết kế mẫu và triển khai sản xuất được thực hiện bằng phần mềm chuyên nghành như Lectra. Tiến hành xây dựng tài liệu kĩ thuật, bản kế hoạch sản xuất trong may công nghiêp mã hàng LHL535. nĐồ án đã xây dựng đầy đủ bộ tài liệu kỹ thuật, xác định yêu cầu nguyên phụ liệu, xây dựng quy trình công nghệ, định mức tiêu hao nguyên phụ liệu, thiết kế dây chuyền sản xuất, tính toán giá thành và đề xuất phương án kinh doanh cho sản phẩm. Đồng thời, đề tài đã tổng hợp và lựa chọn được phương pháp triển khai một đơn hàng ODM, đánh giá tính khả thi trong sản xuất công nghiệp và hiệu quả kinh tế của sản phẩm. Kết quả cho thấy sản phẩm có tính ứng dụng cao, phù hợp với nhu cầu thị trường và có khả năng triển khai sản xuất thực tế.n

Abstract:

This project researched the market, fashion trends, and selected a suitable production and business plan. Based on this, the project developed a design and production plan for a men's sportswear set for men aged 25-35, targeting a market segment of office workers with moderate incomes, primarily in Hanoi and the northern provinces. The chosen production and business model is ODM (Original Design Manufacturer). The product includes straight-leg pants and a drawstring jacket, a full-zip jacket with hidden welt pockets, diagonally contrasting sleeves with ribbed cuffs, and pants with vertical contrasting details. Design and production implementation were carried out using specialized software such as Lectra. Technical documentation and a production plan for the industrial garment manufacturing of product code LHL535 were developed.nThe project has developed a complete set of technical documentation, identified raw material requirements, established a technological process, determined raw material consumption standards, designed a production line, calculated production costs, and proposed a business plan for the product. Simultaneously, the project has synthesized and selected a method for implementing an ODM order, evaluated its feasibility in industrial production, and assessed the economic efficiency of the product. The results show that the product has high applicability, meets market needs, and is capable of practical production implementation.n
