Đề tài tập trung thiết kế hệ thống SCADA kết hợp PLC nhằm điều khiển và giám sát tự động quy trình xử lý nước thải sinh hoạt với công suất 1.500 m³/ngày. Nội dung gồm xây dựng quy trình công nghệ, lựa chọn PLC và các thiết bị đo lường – điều khiển, thiết kế chương trình điều khiển, giao diện SCADA và thực hiện mô phỏng, giám sát các thông số vận hành. Kết quả hướng đến hệ thống hoạt động ổn định, tự động hóa cao, thuận tiện trong giám sát và góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả xử lý nước thải.

Abstract:

The project focuses on the design of the control cabinet system for booster pumps with a capacity of 70 m³/h in the urban water supply network. Students will study the overview of the clean water supply system, learn about the Siemens S7-1200 PLC, and select and calculate the appropriate equipment. The system is designed with electrical diagrams and connections on EPLAN Electric software, building control algorithms, and simulating HMI interfaces. The expected result is a complete control and monitoring model, meeting the requirements of stable operation and automation in the booster pump station.
