Đề tài “Nghiên cứu phân lập và xác định cấu trúc các hợp chất phenolic của loài Azolla caroliniana Willd. ” được thực hiện nhằm khảo sát thành phần phenolic trong loài thực vật thủy sinh này. Nguyên liệu được chiết bằng dung môi thích hợp, sau đó phân lập các hợp chất bằng các phương pháp sắc ký. Cấu trúc các hợp chất tinh khiết được xác định bằng các kỹ thuật phổ hiện đại như NMR. Kết quả nghiên cứu góp phần làm rõ thành phần hóa học và tiềm năng hoạt tính sinh học của loài Azolla caroliniana Willd.

Abstract:

The research topic Study on the Isolation and Structural Determination of Phenolic Compounds of Azolla caroliniana Willd. was conducted to investigate the phenolic composition of this aquatic plant species. The material was extracted using suitable solvents, and then the compounds were isolated using chromatographic methods. The structures of the purified compounds were determined using modern spectroscopic techniques such as UV, MS, and NMR. The research results contribute to clarifying the chemical composition and potential biological activity of Azolla caroliniana Willd.
