Khóa luận “Cải thiện quy trình tuyển dụng và lựa chọn nhân viên giảng dạy tại HBR Holdings” tập trung phân tích thực trạng quy trình tuyển dụng giáo viên của công ty giai đoạn 2023–2025, từ khâu xác định nhu cầu, thu hút ứng viên, sàng lọc hồ sơ, phỏng vấn, dạy thử đến hội nhập nhân sự mới. Trên cơ sở hệ thống hóa lý luận về tuyển dụng và lựa chọn nhân lực, nghiên cứu đánh giá những kết quả đạt được, đồng thời chỉ ra các hạn chế như cạnh tranh nhân lực trong ngành giáo dục, chính sách đãi ngộ chưa thực sự hấp dẫn, thời gian tuyển dụng kéo dài và khó khăn trong kiểm chứng thông tin ứng viên. Từ đó, khóa luận đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm hoàn thiện quy trình tuyển dụng, nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ giảng dạy và góp phần tăng hiệu quả hoạt động của HBR Holdings

Abstract:

The graduation thesis entitled “Improving the Recruitment and Selection Process of Teaching Staff at HBR Holdings” focuses on analyzing the current teacher recruitment process of the company during the period 2023–2025, covering stages from workforce demand identification, candidate attraction, application screening, interviewing, teaching demonstrations, to new employee onboarding. Based on a systematic review of the theoretical foundations of recruitment and selection, the study evaluates the achievements of the current process while identifying several limitations, including intense competition for talent in the education sector, compensation and benefits packages that are not sufficiently attractive, lengthy recruitment procedures, and difficulties in verifying candidate information. Based on these findings, the thesis proposes solutions to improve the recruitment and selection process, enhance the quality of the teaching workforce, and contribute to improving the overall operational effectiveness of HBR Holdings.
