Chuyên khảo tập thể này nêu bật những kết quả nghiên cứu khoa học có hệ thống, tập trung vào một số giải pháp công nghệ tiên tiến trong khoa học vật liệu. Chương 1 xem xét vấn đề chế tạo lớp phủ chống bức xạ trên cơ sở vật liệu composite epoxy cho thiết bị điện tử. Chương 2 tập trung vào việc phát triển các sắc tố nano trên cơ sở montmorillonite biến tính để tạo lớp phủ trang trí bằng polyme-khoáng chất cho da tự nhiên. Chương 3 phân tích trình độ công nghệ hiện đại của các quy trình phủ trên bề mặt thẳng đứng, hiện thực hóa việc nghiên cứu vấn đề cải thiện các đặc tính vận hành của lớp phủ chống ăn mòn. Chương 4 xem xét khả năng sử dụng polyme làm vật liệu kết cấu để chế tạo thân tàu phóng, cũng như nhiên liệu rắn cho động cơ tên lửa.

Abstract:

Collective monograph highlights the results of systematic scientific research devoted to some innovative technological solutions in materials science. Chapter 1 examines the problem of obtaining radiation-protective coatings based on epoxy composites for electronic equipment materials. Chapter 2 is devoted to the development of nanopigments based on modified montmorillonite for the formation of polymer-mineral decoration of natural leather. Chapter 3 analyzes the modern level of the technology of coating processes on a vertical surface, which actualizes the study of the problem of improving the operational properties of an anti-corrosion coating. In chapter 4, the possibility of using polymers as a structural material for creating the bodies of launch vehicles, as well as solid fuel for rocket engines is considered.
