Nghiên cứu này khám phá cấu trúc thông tin (IS) trong khuôn khổ ngôn ngữ học ngữ liệu và ngôn ngữ học chức năng. Như một nghiên cứu điển hình, nó điều tra các hiện tượng IS trong văn nói tiếng Nhật: các tiểu từ bao gồm cái gọi là tiểu từ chủ đề, tiểu từ trường hợp và tiểu từ số 0; trật tự từ; và ngữ điệu. Nghiên cứu thảo luận xem những hiện tượng này có liên quan như thế nào đến cơ chế nhận thức và giao tiếp của con người.

Abstract:

This study explores information structure (IS) within the framework of corpus linguistics and functional linguistics. As a case study, it investigates IS phenomena in spoken Japanese: particles including so-called topic particles, case particles, and zero particles; word order; and intonation. The study discusses how these phenomena are related to cognitive and communicative mechanisms of humans.
