Abstract:

English Summary: Kommunikation und Bildverarbeitung in der Automation: Ausgewählte Beiträge der Jahreskolloquien KommA und BVAu 2020 is an open-access collection of selected research contributions from the KommA 2020 and BVAu 2020 annual conferences, edited by Jürgen Jasperneite and Volker Lohweg. The book focuses on recent developments in industrial communication, image processing, and automation technology. It covers topics such as industrial communication networks, networked control systems, the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), cyber-physical systems, wireless communication, robotics, machine learning, and industrial image processing. The contributions highlight the application of these technologies in modern manufacturing and Industry 4.0 environments, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical approaches to improving industrial communication, monitoring, image-based inspection, interoperability, and intelligent automation.
