Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm bào chế trà hòa tan từ rau lục (Ludwigia erecta) và đánh giá hoạt tính chống oxy hóa, kháng viêm của dược liệu. Mẫu cây được thu hái, định danh thực vật, chiết xuất và khảo sát hoạt tính sinh học bằng các phương pháp in vitro. Công thức trà hòa tan được xây dựng và đánh giá dựa trên các chỉ tiêu cảm quan, độ hòa tan và độ ẩm. Kết quả cho thấy phân đoạn ethyl acetat của rau lục thể hiện hoạt tính chống oxy hóa và kháng viêm tốt, đồng thời phân lập được hợp chất ethyl gallate. Sản phẩm trà hòa tan từ rau lục có tiềm năng ứng dụng trong hỗ trợ phòng ngừa và cải thiện tình trạng viêm loét dạ dày - tá tràng.

Abstract:

This study was conducted to formulate an instant tea product from Ludwigia erecta and evaluate its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. The plant material was collected, botanically identified, extracted, and investigated for biological activities using in vitro assays. The instant tea formulation was developed and evaluated based on organoleptic properties, solubility, and moisture content. The results showed that the ethyl acetate fraction exhibited promising antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities, and ethyl gallate was successfully isolated. The formulated instant tea has potential applications in supporting the prevention and improvement of gastric and duodenal ulcers.
