Đề tài “Xây dựng website bán điện thoại cho cửa hàng ZMobile tích hợp phân tích dữ liệu mua sắm người dùng để dự đoán sản phẩm họ có thể quan tâm” nhằm phát triển một hệ thống thương mại điện tử hiện đại, giúp cửa hàng ZMobile không chỉ kinh doanh trực tuyến hiệu quả mà còn nâng cao trải nghiệm người dùng thông qua cá nhân hóa gợi ý sản phẩm.Hệ thống được xây dựng dựa trên nền tảng ASP.NET MVC kết hợp với SQL Server để quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu. Website cho phép người dùng duyệt sản phẩm, đặt hàng, quản lý giỏ hàng và thanh toán. Điểm nổi bật của đề tài là chức năng phân tích dữ liệu mua sắm của người dùng từ lịch sử đơn hàng, từ đó áp dụng thuật toán phân tích kết hợp lọc công tác (Collaborative Filtering) và phương pháp đo Jaccard Similarity để đề xuất các sản phẩm liên quan mà người dùng có thể quan tâm.Việc tích hợp tính năng gợi ý thông minh không chỉ giúp tăng khả năng bán hàng mà còn mang lại trải nghiệm cá nhân hóa, góp phần giữ chân khách hàng. Đề tài đồng thời thể hiện sự kết hợp giữa lập trình web và ứng dụng các kỹ thuật phân tích dữ liệu trong thực tế.

Abstract:

The topic Building a website to sell phones for ZMobile stores integrating user shopping data analysis to predict products they may be interested in aims to develop a modern e-commerce system, helping ZMobile stores not only do online business effectively but also improve user experience through personalized product suggestions.The system is built on the ASP.NET MVC platform combined with SQL Server to manage the database. The website allows users to browse products, place orders, manage shopping carts and make payments. The highlight of the topic is the function of analyzing users' shopping data from order history, thereby applying the Collaborative Filtering analysis algorithm and the Jaccard Similarity measurement method to suggest related products that users may be interested in.Integrating the smart suggestion feature not only helps increase sales but also brings a personalized experience, contributing to customer retention. The topic simultaneously demonstrates the combination of web programming and the application of data analysis techniques in practice.
