Theo quan điểm đó, cuốn sách này phác họa đường nét của một CAP đầy tham vọng sẽ tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho quá trình chuyển đổi sinh thái nông nghiệp cần thiết của các hệ thống nông nghiệp tại Liên minh châu Âu. Cuốn sách được chia thành ba phần. Các khía cạnh kinh tế là chủ đề của phần đầu tiên. Các khía cạnh khí hậu, môi trường và sức khỏe được đề cập trong phần thứ hai. Phần thứ ba đề cập đến phát triển nông thôn và đổi mới. Cuốn sách này hướng đến tất cả các bên quan tâm đến tương lai của CAP và nói chung là của nền nông nghiệp tại Liên minh châu Âu: các nhà hoạch định chính sách, các bên liên quan trong lĩnh vực nông nghiệp, các tổ chức phi chính phủ, các nhà nghiên cứu, giáo viên và sinh viên.

Abstract:

In that perspective, this book draws the contours of an ambitious CAP that would facilitate the necessary agro-ecological transition of agricultural systems in the European Union. The book is divided into three parts. The economic aspects are the subject of the first part. The climate, environmental and health dimensions are addressed in the second part. The third part deals with rural development and innovation. This book is aimed at all actors interested in the future of the CAP and more generally of agriculture in the European Union: policy makers, agricultural stakeholders, non-governmental organizations, researchers, teachers and students.
