Việc mô-đun hóa và chuẩn hóa (M&S) các hệ thống MEP (cơ khí, điện và hệ thống ống nước) giúp cải thiện giá trị cho khách hàng cuối dựa trên các khái niệm và nguyên tắc tinh gọn. Tuy nhiên, việc triển khai M&S còn nhiều thách thức. Các thách thức này đã được nghiên cứu và xây dựng một mô hình hướng dẫn dựa trên các nghiên cứu điển hình đã thực hiện, các cuộc phỏng vấn và tài liệu về M&S. Các đề xuất quản lý việc triển khai M&S của các hệ thống MEP được đưa ra dựa trên các khái niệm và công cụ tinh gọn.

Abstract:

Modularization and standardization (M&S) of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems improve end customer value according to lean concepts and principles. However, the implementation of M&S is challenging. The challenges of the implementation were investigated and a guidelines model is developed, based on the executed case studies, the interviews, and literature of M&S. Suggestions to manage the implementation of M&S of MEP systems are made depending on lean concepts and tools.
