Trong cuốn sách này, bước đầu các yêu cầu về mô hình mô phỏng quá trình tạo hình tem không đẳng nhiệt của các tấm băng keo được gia cố bằng sợi đơn hướng và nhựa nhiệt dẻo được nghiên cứu thực nghiệm. Trên cơ sở này, mô hình mô phỏng cơ nhiệt cũng như đẳng nhiệt khác nhau được kết hợp hoàn toàn dưới sự xem xét động học kết tinh được phát triển. Để xác thực, một hình học có hình dạng phức tạp được mô phỏng và so sánh với kết quả tạo hình thử nghiệm.

Abstract:

In this book, initially, the requirements on a simulation model of the non-isothermal stamp forming process of unidirectional fiber-reinforced, and thermoplastic tape laminates are investigated experimentally. On this basis, different isothermal as well as a fully coupled thermomechanical simulation model under consideration of the crystallization kinetics are developed. For validation, a complex shaped geometry is simulated and compared to experimental forming results.
