Hệ thống bao gồm PLC S7-1200, màn hình HMI, hệ thống gồm 1 biến tần MM440 điều khiển động cơ kéo Fuji, 1 biến tần MM420 điều khiển động cơ đóng mở cửa, cảm biến loadsell và đầu cân XK3101K thông báo quá tải và các thiết bị khác như: nút nhấn, rơle, cảm biến, aptomat, khởi động Nguyên lí hoạt động cơ bản của hệ thống như sau: khi có yêu cầu tín hiệu được cấp cho các nút nhấn và cảm biến sẽ gửi tín hiệu về bộ điều khiển PLC, PLC nhận tín hiệu sau đó ra lệnh cho biến tần 1 điều khiển động cơ quay thuận,quay ngược với tốc độ 1,5m/s hoặc với tốc độ không tải, biến tần 2 điều khiển động cơ đóng mở cửa. Thang máy hoạt động theo chế độ ưu tiên.

Abstract:

The system consists of an S7-1200 PLC, an HMI screen, and the following components: An MM440 frequency inverter for controlling the Fuji pulling motor. An MM420 frequency inverter for controlling the motor responsible for opening and closing the door.n A loadsell sensor and an XK3101K weighing head to detect overload conditions. Other devices such as buttons, relays, sensors, circuit breakers, and motor starters. The basic operating principle of the system is as follows: When a signal is received from the buttons or sensors, it is transmitted to the PLC. The PLC processes the signal and then issues commands to the first frequency inverter to control the forward or reverse rotation of the pulling motor at a speed of 1.5m/s or at no-load speed. The second frequency inverter controls the motor responsible for opening and closing the door. The elevator operates in priority mode.
