Đồ án tập trung tính toán, thiết kế module đo lực và lập quy trình công nghệ gia công một số chi tiết chính của máy dập cỡ nhỏ cho TENG. Nội dung chính bao gồm: giới thiệu về module đo lực, thiết kế tính toán hệ thống đo lực, lập quy trình cong nghệ một số chi tiết điển hình của máy dập cỡ nhỏ, lắp ráp vận hành và hướng dẫn sử dụng thiết bị. Trên cơ sở đó, nhóm thực hiện tính toán, thiết kế module đo lực, lựa chọn các thiết bị điện tử, cơ khí phù hợp. Đồng thời, đồ án xây dựng quy trình công nghệ gia công cho một số chi tiết chính, góp phần đảm bảo tính khả thi trong chế tạo và ứng dụng thực tế.

Abstract:

This project focuses on calculating and designing a force measurement module and establishing the machining process for several key components of a small-scale stamping machine for TENG. The main content includes: an introduction to the force measurement module, design and calculation of the force measurement system, establishment of the machining process for several typical components of a small-scale stamping machine, assembly, operation, and user instruction. Based on this, the team calculated and designed the force measurement module and selected appropriate electronic and mechanical equipment. Simultaneously, the project developed a machining process for several key components, contributing to the feasibility of manufacturing and practical application.
