The thesis examines how sustainability-focused training influences hotel employees’ eco-behavior and work-related outcomes in Vietnam’s hospitality industry. Drawing on the Ability–Motivation–Opportunity (AMO) framework and Conservation of Resources (COR) Theory, the study employs a mixed-methods approach comprising a quantitative survey of 298 hotel employees and qualitative interviews with 18 participants. The findings demonstrate that sustainability-focused training enhances employees’ eco-behavior, work satisfaction, and staff-perceived service excellence, while environmental leadership support strengthens the translation of training into sustainable workplace practices.
