Cuốn sách phân tích mô hình an ninh quốc gia và quốc tế trong thế kỷ XXI dưới góc nhìn liên ngành, đa chiều, nhấn mạnh bối cảnh thế giới biến động mạnh, gia tăng hỗn loạn, bất ổn và các thách thức an ninh mới về kinh tế và công nghệ. Nội dung làm rõ cơ sở lý luận về khái niệm, mô hình, cấp độ và chủ thể của an ninh, đặc biệt là an ninh quốc gia, an ninh kinh tế, tài chính, doanh nghiệp, du lịch và đổi mới sáng tạo gắn với phát triển bền vững. Trên phương diện thực tiễn, sách đánh giá các mối đe dọa an ninh toàn cầu, xây dựng mô hình dự báo, chỉ số và hồ sơ an ninh cho các quốc gia (đặc biệt là Ukraine và EU), phân tích tác động của COVID-19 và xung đột quân sự, đồng thời đề xuất giải pháp quản lý, chiến lược và hệ thống kiểm soát thông minh nhằm tăng cường an ninh kinh tế, tài chính và công nghệ trong bối cảnh hiện đại.
Abstract:
This book analyzes national and international security models in the 21st century from an interdisciplinary and multi-dimensional perspective, emphasizing the context of a rapidly changing world, increasing chaos and instability, and new economic and technological security challenges. The content clarifies the theoretical basis of the concept, models, levels, and subjects of security, especially national security, economic security, financial security, business security, tourism security, and innovation linked to sustainable development. In practical terms, the book assesses global security threats, builds predictive models, indicators, and security profiles for countries (especially Ukraine and the EU), analyzes the impact of COVID-19 and military conflicts, and proposes management solutions, strategies, and intelligent control systems to enhance economic, financial, and technological security in the modern context.
