Hoạt động đầu tư phát triển được xem là hoạt động quan trọng nhất đối với doanh nghiệp sản xuất, vì chỉ có đầu tư phát triển mới duy trì và mở rộng tiềm lực sản xuất, quyết định sự ra đời, tồn tại và phát triển của mỗi doanh nghiệp. Công ty TNHH may mặc xuất khẩu Appareltech Vĩnh Lộc là một công ty hoạt động trong lĩnh vực may mặc, xuất khẩu đến nay đã được 13 năm. Công ty đã đạt được những thành công nhất định trên thị trường hàng xuất khẩu may mặc tại nhiều nước lớn trên thế giới. Trong những năm gần đây, thị trường may mặc xuất khẩu ngày càng phát triển mạnh mẽ, bên cạnh đó xuất hiện thêm rất nhiều các doanh nghiệp về lĩnh vực này làm cho tình hình cạnh tranh trên thị trường ngày càng gay gắt. Vì vậy, để tồn tại và phát triển công ty TNHH may mặc xuất khẩu Appareltech Vĩnh Lộc cần có những giải pháp hoàn thiện hoạt động đầu tư phát triển hợp lý và đúng đắn nhằm tăng khả năng cạnh tranh của công ty trên thị trường. Trong quá trình nghiên cứu và hoàn thiện luận văn, tác giả có sử dụng một số phương pháp nghiên cứu: phương pháp so sánh, phương pháp phân tích và tổng hợp, phương pháp thu thập tài liệu. Kết quả nghiên cứu đạt được của bài luận văn gồm hệ thống hóa lý luận về hoạt động đầu tư phát triển trong doanh nghiệp, phân tích thực trạng hoạt động đầu tư phát triển tại công ty TNHH may mặc xuất khẩu Appareltech Vĩnh Lộc. Từ đó đưa ra những ưu, nhược điểm và nguyên nhân trong hoạt động đầu tư phát triển của công ty. Dựa trên các phát hiện, đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm hoàn thiện hoạt động đầu tư phát triển của công ty TNHH may mặc xuất khẩu Appareltech Vĩnh Lộc.

Development investment activities are considered the most important activities for manufacturing enterprises, because only development investment can maintain and expand production potential, determining the birth, survival and development. of each business. Appareltech Vinh Loc Garment Export Co., Ltd. is a company operating in the field of garment and export for 13 years now. The company has achieved certain successes in the garment export market in many major countries around the world. In recent years, the export garment market has grown strongly, and many more businesses have appeared in this field, making competition in the market increasingly fierce. Therefore, in order to survive and develop Appareltech Vinh Loc Garment Export Co., Ltd., it is necessary to have solutions to complete reasonable and correct investment and development activities to increase the company's competitiveness in the market. In the process of researching and completing the thesis, the author used a number of research methods: comparative method, analysis and synthesis method, and document collection method. The research results achieved in the thesis include systematizing the theory of investment and development activities in enterprises, analyzing the current status of investment and development activities at Appareltech Vinh Loc Garment Export Company Limited. From there, we present the advantages, disadvantages and reasons for the company's investment and development activities. Based on the findings, propose solutions to improve investment and development activities of Appareltech Vinh Loc Garment Export Co., Ltd.
