Ngoài phần mở đầu và kết luận, nội dung chính của đề tài Nghiên cứu thiết kế và lập quy trình chế tạo một số bộ phận khuôn rèn chi tiết càng xe máy được trình bày trong 4 chương, gồm: Chương 1: Tổng quan về công nghệ gia công áp lực; Chương 2: Thiết kế khuôn rèn chi tiết càng xe máy; Chương 3: Lập quy trình công nghệ chế tạo khuôn; Chương 4: Thiết kế đồ gá nguyên công khoan. Đề tài tập trung vào nghiên cứu hiểu về khuôn rèn nóng. Tính toán và thiết kế khuôn rèn chi tiết càng xe máy. Thiết kế, lập quy trình công nghệ chế tạo một số bộ phận khuôn rèn. Trên cơ sở của các nghiên cứu liên quan, đề tài đã hiểu dược cấu tạo của khuôn rèn nóng. Lập được quy trình công nghệ để chế tạo. Chế tạo thành công của một số bộ phận khuôn rèn.

Abstract:

In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the main content of the project Research on design and process of manufacturing some detailed forged mold parts of motorcycle forks is presented in 4 chapters, including: Chapter 1: Overview of pressure processing technology; Chapter 2: Design of motorcycle fork forging molds; Chapter 3: Technological process of mold manufacturing; Chapter 4: Design of drilled jigs. The topic focuses on the study of understanding hot forging molds. Calculation and design of detailed forging molds for motorcycle forks. Design and formulate the technological process of manufacturing some forged mold parts. On the basis of relevant studies, the topic has understood the structure of hot forging molds. Establish a technological process for manufacturing. Successful fabrication of some forged mold parts.
